This is innoying, most places the rock looks very good but here and a few otherplaces it's gone all stripy and looks dumb! Any suggestions on how too fix this?

well there we have it so far. Gonna start work on converting the CP's so the rebels have too capture them in order and the imps cant take them back, not 100% on how too do that yet.

ok fixed the stripy rocks, got a new prob now tho, the walkers get "bogged down" whenever they try and march thru the undergrowth for sum reason. They're feet actually sink below the ground, and u can hardly move as if its stuck in the mud; sumthing too do with undergrowth settings?

did u try removing the undergrowth and see if it then works? I have seen the terrain get corrupted before where the col and visible meshes dont line up and the walkers can get stuck in them. I think Ryloth Ice Plains may still have this problem. Take it off and see if it helps.

Oh, and terrain gets stretched when applied to near-vertical surfaces (read: cliffs). Nothing can be done about this AFAIK.

hmmm just tested it without undergrowth and it still sinks, seems too do it on just one texture...the endor dead leaves texture. Do the textures hav any physical effect on a map and on vehicles passing over them? Also shuld i leave the material for each layer blank or select one that suits the terrain?

Try changing the material. See if that helps.
