Wow, that is odd. So there were two to three Lambda shuttles in game at the same time? Can this be replicated at all? What you described (minus the multiple shuttles) sounds similar to a situation I had a while back. I managed to get the Lambda sidways and bouncing around on one of the platforms and my frame rate dropped to an agonizingly low level. It took me an eternity to escape out and disconnect from the server. That was the result of a known bug with the Lambda. I don't know if this is related to the lag you experienced? I'm at a loss as to what could be causing multiple shuttles to spawn though.
In the newest version of this map the 32 player Combat Area has been reduced quite a it (the Dock is now out of play). I don't know if it has been pushed to the beta but this should work to focus the fights. If it is in the beta and it gets tested I'd like to hear if it still feels too big. Then I can work to remedy that. Maybe by adding some CPs as Omen suggested. I don't want to add too many because I've noticed that that has been a complaint by the community in the past. Whatever the solution may be, I would like to fix any feeling of waiting around too much or not seeing enough combat.
I'll work to fix some of the complexity of the Drilling Platform and possibly the Com. Tower too.
I'll add a Y-wing for the next version.
I've been meaning to work on the undergrowth but it keeps getting pushed aside. Hopefully for the next version I'll do some work on it.
I'll look into adding ladder access to the Living Quarters CP platforms. I've thought about this previously but became concerned about people getting up there and having a hard time getting them down. Especially if it gets camped by a squad. Although, since there are speeder bikes on the map they'll be able to get up there anyway. Ladders might be necessary.
