I'd also really love to join your coding team! I filled out the form yesterday, but I'd like to mention
here, again, that I'd really love to help you...! It is unfortunate that I don't have any gaming
programming experience so far. I'm mostly used to code in JAVA, but like I said in the form, I
think that I learn pretty fast and I ready to put some of my free time helping you!

Hey Boblemicrob .

I havent seen your form yet but since you seem to be in the same boat as Zerted , Aquilas post here http://www.tpfclan.net/fsforums/viewtopic.php?id=1926  about DLing the Editor, tutorials etc  and getting a feel for BF2 coding should help your cause smile

Maybe Bobs better off tweaking some Python ?

ok, ill download the editor asap and start fooling around with it! Also, if you guys think I will be using python, tell me so that I can start getting familiar with the semantics...

PS: the reason the I new to theses forums is that I found out about firststrike only yesterday... I got my new system and installed bf2 and then, I wondered if any mods had came out within the last 4 months that I didn't played because I was getting sick of the lag my old pc was giving me. Then, listed as the 3rd most awaited mod, I see FIRST STRIKE star wars mod...! Wow!!

Do what xerohour said and learn python smile   if/when you get to a decent understanding come back and baffle us with 'python stuff'  and im sure you'l be able to join smile
