Well, Im not sure how to create the UV maps and such. Im my past experiences all I did was receive the maps, then place a skin on the map. Then they would place the finished texture on the model and that would be it. Like this for instance. All I did was the face (from scratch).

Ill try learning how to wrap and unwrap myself, then if I get proficient at it I will post in the recrutment area. THanks for the intrest smile.
