Topic: Officers Needed for Imperial Side-[NIC] FS Campaign 2

Greetings everyone,

JackRoy and I will be leading the Imperial side in the second Nations in Conflict First Strike campaign. We need two captains to get started. Captains will have a unit (squad) to lead during the campaign. They will be responsible for leading their squad during battle, giving suggestions for rewards such as promotions, and being an example on the forums, battle, and practice. Leading a unit is a great experience. By the end of the campaign, your squad will be closely knit together.

Apply for a captain position today! Leadership entails a fair share of work (Approximately 30-60 minutes of forum activity per week for captains as well a 2 hour battle), but your comrades with appreciate your efforts and will follow your lead.

If you are interested in a captain position, send me a PM on this website or go over to Nations in Conflict to contact me.  Once we have two officers, we will finish preparations for the campaign. A general meeting with the all planners may occur before the campaign to finalize rules and propose adjustments to the maps for tournament play. Stay tuned to check when that will be.

Guys, I still need dedicated captains. If we don't have officers, we can't have another campaign.

C'mon guys does nobody who was on the Rebel side before want to take on some command duties? We're really only talking Squad Leader here, so not too extensive a workload, mainly just commanding the troops in the field.

The sooner we get this sorted the sooner we can commence the next campaign.

Well....Squad leaders are typically NCO's not officers..so perhaps the whole rank structure titling is putting people off. For a casual game not everyone wants to sign up to be given a rank, told what to do and act like they're in some military brigade.
