Hey guys, I'm a player trying to finally get first strike to work, I've had a series of issues which I've finally managed to fix, ranging from account issues, emulation software conflicts, cd not being recognized on my computer, updates going bad, the list is endless.

So after fixing mostly everything, I tried starting up First Strike, it launched and next thing I know it crashes as soon as I launch from the little window. I started looking on the forums and found a post about it and a fix which you just re-install FS, so I tried that, I uninstalled FS then re-installed it. I noticed that 4 files weren't deleted though in my FS  folder which got me worried: The launcher, two zip files and the first strike exe text file. I tried deleting them but it said I didn't have permissions regardless of me using administrator.

So I thought hell, maybe it should work anyway. I install FS, launch the launcher, it updates as usual, downloading FirstStrikeLauncher 0.8.4 or whatever then for some reason once it says extracting, it just never loads. I cancelled the launcher and tried multiple times to update it but, nothing's happened so far.

I was hoping someone could help, this is really bugging me because I've spent about most of my free time trying to try this mod.
