Most users are able to run BF2142 and First Strike using the same compatibility settings as in Win 7.  There are some users that have reported graphic issues.

Here are some suggestions:

Try the most updated win 10 drivers.   Try the drivers on the system site and those of the graphic card manufacturer.

Try using Win 7 drivers.

You can also try installing DX9.  Win 10 comes with DX12, which is not 100% compatible with software that was designed for DX9.   This trick allows older version of 3ds max to work with windows 10.
