I have the bots running around on the expanded version of Endor to include the Ewok Water Village area. The bots are much more active now. I still need to check the vehicle navmesh now, because bots still are not using vehicles like I want them. Even so, it is still working better now then it is currently in the public release. The navmesh has been jacked up for a while since there was a big update to the map but the navmesh was never updated until now.
The server does seem to be fairly stable. I really thing there was some instability with having custom kits for SP/COOP at the GPO level. I think removing them is the right way to go -- whatever we can do to make the mod as stable as possible.
One other thing I noticed with the server is that with Bandomeer Refinery as the first map in the list, is currently set up for air combat only in SP, but with no COOP support. If someone starts up a server, it will show up in coop in the map list, but there are no selectable spawn points. I am going to set up coop the same as sp. --- When we started up the server just selecting all maps that was the first map that came up, which we could not play. So, we just relaunched the server with a known good map to test out connectivity.
So, once I get those changes in this weekend, I will create new server and client versions and we will try to get a few to hop on and play through the maps. If all goes well, then I can upload them onto MODDB and then get the Revive team to up their First Strike server. A good news post along with will help to get everyone on the same version. Then we can start planning out some MP events.
