Actualy, I have to disagree. Almost every ship in Star Wars for fighting purposes has a targeting computer.

And I know the ARC fighter had some sort of vectoring device on its main canons that could skew the lasers flight a few degrees. Why shouldn't ties have a similar device?

again, a targeting computer isnt a moving gun like vaders special fighter had.
its a damm progam. al ships have them, even small hovering repair droids.
