Coding: I'm learning Java right now, i know php,html,my sql
tweaking in editor: I have expereince, have room to learn
editing .con files: Some expereince, wanting to learn
Animating: No experience, wanting to learn
Modeling: I have Max 8, Maya but I need someone to show me the ropes of modeling
Texturing: I can texture okay, , but I know I still have stuff to learn
Mapping: I feel I can map good, but I know I still have stuff to learn

Ok, well, we are quite strict when it comes to having examples of work. For some reason, many persons seem to have recently formatted their computer, or somehow misplaced their work. Not to say that anyone is making things up or lying, but you have to take into consideration that we can't really let anyone join the team without being able to guage their skill, and if a mod position is really important to you, you would have solid examples of your work ready to be displayed at a minute's notice.

^Yeah. Exactly what I was thinking, but I didn't want to say it since it might be too mean lol.

EDIT: Since we ARE bigger now, we really do need samples of work so that only the experienced people can get into the mod.
