Topic: Decepticon is back

been a while since i have discussed anything starwars. most of you who know me will remember me from the galactic conquest forums. i am generally easy going and i will be fine so long as meshcraft doesn't turn up lol.
i miss gc so much and i really hope the best for this mod. if you guys can get to the level that gc was at i am sure i will love this mod maybe eevn more than i loved gc. long live gc, long live first strike.

there are less limits with the engine I guess, so I think this mod can go beyond GC, and this is very normal I think smile

hey guys whats been happening? hmm another starwars mod? will it be better than gc? doubt it! will it be good? maybe, it is starwars after all but the bf2 engine is not the greatest. and i bet prolific make a better mod considering they know alot about modding. go shattered faith.

hey bringing up old posts by me from gc. yes i was skeptical at first. i could not fathom another starwars mod being as great as gc was BUT i am starting to turn to the darkside. and for the record i still think gc was and will be the greatest mod for starwars ever made. but first strike hasn't been made yet so only time will tell. i really want you guys to do better than gc did. though gc lost alot of people with only having the one hoth map for around a year before we got extra content. do not make the same mistake as them is all the warning i can give you guys. but i am sure you can build on what made gc so awesome. my only question though is, will we be seeing any of hte maps from gc? i mean i know you guys will have the same map names but it would be awesome to fly around on the gc hoth with the new bf2 engine and a better echo base.

I do however find it intriguiging how people doubt us. I think thats what spurs us on to be honest.
