Not defending the authenticity of GC's map, as it boviously Wasn't that accurate, but Hoth was actually one of the Best and most playable maps around at the time regardless of the mod, the gameplay was killer.

If you want to be 100% accurate then the Rebel team will loose every match smile

However the plans for hoth and every other map for FS are all Drenched in as much authenticity as possibel without sacrificing fun and gameplay.

Of course, hehe. It was always one of my favoitre maps.  And yeah, hehe..true about the rebels losing, but I mean in a sense about what the actual point of the map is for. In GC, Hoth was still like any ol' conquest map where you wanted to get as many outposts as you could. While it was no doubt damn fun, took a bit of the immersion away from it. big_smile
