Topic: Another Faction(s) besides Rebel and Imperial...

There should be more than these two factions. It actually would not be all that much extra work but it would be some. Consider Black Sun or the Hutt Crime Ring or even pity Space Pirates. Either of those three would work easily and fit perfectly in this mod. It will add to flavor and have a higher appeal.

so like a Team Deathmatch options, teams vs teams? Everyone vs Everyone....

Acutally, a DM options would be maybe make it the ebst mod fps in the world ever!!!

Remeber Quake 1, DM, it was so fun beceause youd go completly nuts..
wonder if it would work though to easy to die elt alone survive more than 2 - 3 players.

But worth a try, make a quick scenario and see if you have fun with it ebceause Q1 is still the best beceause of the fast action and skill showed, a dif sort of skil compared to grp patients and tactics, but just an option aside frmo normal game palying. smile maybe a few years down the track when you guys get super funding from a new gaming revolution.

Well its a great idea, but you do have to realize the MASSIVE amount of work it would take. Thats not saying the devs might not attempt it later on. because it would be really cool.

We will be adding other factions  at a later time ..... it isnt an easy job btw wink .

I'd go for a generic pirate group, as none are specifically mentioned in the films, and most people havnt heard of the Black Sun. Just call them "Pirates". The shiplist is pretty easy:

I'm dont know on this one. The Draedans would be pretty cool seeing as their aquatic (and I'm hankering for a water map), but I read a great comic once with the Amani. So One of those 2 I'd guess.
