Topic: Music and ambiance!

Hey! (sorry for my poor english heheh)

There is a way to include music in some area ?!! Im not talking about Cypress Hills or Megadeth.. but some surrounding sounds like a little 5 seconds loop of timpani (war drum) when u entering a specific area

Im a serious gamer (heheh) and i went to school in sound design (post production, recording, ). Im also a composer.

I think that it would raise up the combat feeling, even if its only a little "background" surrounding atmosphere that could change from an area to another (or any other kind of ambiance)

For exemple, im thinking about radios in Battlefield Vietnam (GooOOoood Moorning Vietnam). Its not precisely what i was talking about but you guys should understand what i mean.

Thanks! waiting for comments! smile

Re: Music and ambiance!

We hope to have SW-esque snippets of music dotted around the maps in regions ...eg walking into the bunker on Endor etc

Re: Music and ambiance!

You could have a flag on the entrence of the bunker that wouldn't effect the tickets, and would go nuet as soon as you left the radiouse and would capture as sooon as you got cloes. Which when captured would set off a triggerble sound effect.

Re: Music and ambiance!

You obviously haven't realised there are triggerables in BF2 jeremy (birds etc.), no need to waste a control point.
