Topic: Noob bailer punish

im shocked to see the search engine give 0 results on this.
we all know the type: great dogfight and then they bail...
-4 for bailing just inst enof.
i want to see them suffer. mayby with my bad spelling, but no even worse:
in space ) g, so no dropping to you death, oxigen in space suite for 5 min and NO suicide buttom.
only hope is some1 to pick them up or fly into them, killing this noob bailer.

anyone know a better way to punish these noobs?

I have to agree with you on this nothing personally more annoying than working hard for the kill only for someone to bail.

Hmm, for space maps,  is there a way to make it so that people simply can't get out of a fighter, unless their in certain zones, which might only be in hangar bays?
Or better yet, could there be a way to stop someone from getting out, unless their airspeed is absolute zero?

Would be a bad thing...to make peaple only be able to bail in hangars or other zones.

Could there be added negative points perhaps which are given when you bail, when your ship is damaged too much (about <=20% of hull integrity left?)? When you have gotten three of those points you could get a real negative point on your score list and so be punished for being a "noob bailer". smile
