lol at the first car and the van. The driver of that second car is a complete idiot though, could have killed that baby in the pram or badly injured the kid in the back seat if he was going a bit faster.

Wow, i mean.... wow, with this device in place i can only assume there was a sign saying "No access to public vehicles". Ive seen a device similar to this, infact my own mother tried the same kind of trick and damaged her car, except it wasa triangluar plate that rose out of the ground to stop shoppers from parking in a car park for residents.
