Topic: Multiple turret control

Since it is unlikely that that more than 10 people will be manning the turrets of a capship at once, would it be feasible to have only a few turret stations (six?), which fire multiple turrets each? The camera angle would be from one turret, but others would be shooting the same area across your screen.

Re: Multiple turret control

I remember a discussion about this ages ago. It seemed a good idea and im sure we will discuss this when we come to implementing capship turbolasers.

Re: Multiple turret control

Yea... Exactly like it is in FH on the battleships. Has been discussed before a lot.

Re: Multiple turret control

Most likely the one in the middle. Have each position control a battery of guns all lined up.

Re: Multiple turret control

No. No. No.   The point is to have them spread out for the best effect.
