I have a question: Are you considering making the classes as specialized as they were in Galactic Conquest?

For example, the Scout was very good at hiding, scouting and sniping, but poor at close range as he only had a rifle without crosshairs - and utterly defenseless against vehicles.

I quite liked this system as it promoted inter-dependence and discouraged Rambo tactics. I also liked how no class didn't fit in, so I was quite scared upon seeing how you were apparently planning to make the same mistake Battlefront did and have Wookies and Bothans run about on Hoth.

Wow.  I leave for a week and we get the most in-depth gameplay fan I've ever seen!

Just wait 'til I get into my "make a long list of suggestions" mode tongue .

In fact I dont wish to know. We have already said that the classes will be geared towards an even balance, becuase of the numerous weapons and unlocks (possibly) available think of this game as unique.

Dont pre-judge, take for granted or ascertain anything untill its actually been set in stone.

The class selection on the web site. Though I know (amongst others from this thread) that it's no longer valid. No worries.

It may have similar elements to that mod ..the same as it may have similar elements any other teamplay orientated game or mod .

We are aiming for a teambased game whereby you wont be totally defenceless in multiple situations . A guy with heavy weapons will be best at taking down vehicles but an assault guy could still hurt vehicles ...tho to a lesser extent. There will be no 1 hit wonder weapons as far as taking down vehicles ..thats for sure.
