Re: "I've lost my repulsorlifts!" Something for First Strike?

I hope you will, cause it sounds pretty cool.

Blowing up one leg of an ATST, and let gravity do the rest of the work. Sweet smile

Walkers are entirely different though due to the leg animation etc. so no 1 leg blowing off.

Don't let that unbalance it, as rebel vehicles are generally repulsorlift ones.

Hover tanks lose their repulsors, regular tanks lose their threads, and walkers lose their engines. No prob'.

Something to point out the project reality destructable tank parts may not be as good as you think. Destructable children wasn't possible in BF2 (unless they found a way around it) so most likely every tank has a single crippled state as opposed to the video GD made a while back where you could shoot the wings off a 2142 gunship, each causing the gunship to spiral out of control in the correct direction.

We thought about it for Warp, and the best we could come up with was that if you made the turrets, hangars, etc. of cruisers separate vehicles carried by the "mother cruiser", that'd make it possible to destroy them.
