ok, this one must have been posted but, Lightsabers as knifes!

ok now the real one. i have seen the post where no space AND ground battles on the one map sad but, maybe for like Hoth have a SD for the imperials, unmovable, and then have all the flags Rebels! so then the imperials have to pod down to one of the flags and capture it, and when they capture one, they get like AT-ATs or AT-STs and stuff, and the imperials get no TIE Fighters or anything.

The idea of a dropping down has been discussed very briefly. We did not come to a solid conclusion on the matter, but we will be discussing all our options soon. smile

1 addition to this, could be the inclusion of the Zero G Storm- troopers, from the first Jedi Knight game.

Also, if I remember correctly, there were similar troopers in the first set of Thrawn books, hte technology was looted from The Emperors hidden treasure trove.

It depends on how pure the devs want the mod to be. certainly willing to do some research into this if the devs want to expand the idea (been a long time since I've read those books).

I'd like to see a mission where the Imperials are boarding a neutral freighter suspected of carrying Rebel troops.

The Rebel troops ambush the Imperial Stormtroopers aboard the crippled cargo freighter, and a battle ensues in 0g or with all sort of hazards and such.

would that be the dark trooper(but the good one not the one from battlefront--although they wernt bad themselves)?

Put simply I know what you could do,
it's very easy to mod a jedi pick up kit that would including the lightsaber as a weapon and the force, or any other weapons you think are suitable, this pick up kit can be model and placed in a position or armory on the map.
Simple and easy to do.
