Topic: CAD Monkey Loookin to Help

Hey Guys just wanted to say LOVE what your doing and can I help?  I know that AutoCAD Drawing Models can be used in some applications but to be Honest I know nothing about the engiens that drive these things so I am unsure.  Unfortunatly I don't have access to Solidworks or the other specialized modeling programs just AutoCAD.  Where do I go to see if I can be helpfull?

Thanks

The easiest way to make models for games is to use 3Dsmax or Maya.

There are things that Autocad is very good for. Drawing up detailed map layouts. Creating schematics for statics etc.

But for modelling in 3d, it's one of the worst smile

(I use both daily)

Welcome to the forums.

Another CAD specialist. I'm a Microstation man myself. The latest version will be integrated with Sketchup, and I have seen mention of that on the forums somewhere.
