Topic: Concern (Graphics issue)

Just a little concern. My graphics card isn't that great and for regular bd 2142 I have to run it on the lowest settings. I was just wondering if I would still be able to get smooth gameplay with this mod. I was planning on buying a new video card but i'm not sure when.

I was kinda wondering the same thing...I have a pretty good card, and can run on medium, but the game lags like hell...even on conquest 32 players with a ping of 35.

i have a POS video card and with all settings on low i can play really good...
performance over quality! smile

I have an alright card but funnily enough I seem to get better performance outta First Strike than I do out of BF2142, to play BF2142 really well on anything bigger than a 16 player map I have to put the settings down to low, where as in FS I can play pretty much any map with settings to medium quite comfortably.

BF2142 plays more smooth compared to BF2, in my experience. Much less loading times and no shocking whatsoever, one of those things that made me stop playing BF2 eventually. sad
