Topic: different kind of soldiers!!

BF2 allows for animation sets and player models, Per class,unlike Bf42 which only allowed 1 per team, so basically u can add 1 skeleton per class instead of one skeleton per team

But u need to use the skeleton of BF2, but you just can rearrange the bones smile

This would be good if they wanted to add different species for different maps.

I've always been told BF2 only supports one skeleton for all characters, which is the problem for including an R2 unit as engineer.

(if we ever wanted to do that)

That's true, but at least we can see some differance in the soldier models.

it is the same skeleton, but u can stretch it I think

I asked a dev of Shattered Faith and anything is possible smile

and the terror beast is a player model, not a vehicle model

so they managed to get different heights of players in one team!!
