Sorry, but the only one I like is the Avenger. The Eta and Raptor I've hardly even heard about, the K-Wing looks weird, and the TIE Defender and Missile Boats are both 'superfighters' that would be hard to balance.

My suggestions are the Assault Gunboat, which is an Imperial fighter bomber similar in armament to the Y-Wing; the Z-95 Headhunter, a space superiority fighter and predecessor of the X-Wing; and the Skipray Blastboat, a kind of gunship.

Armed with missiles, torpedoes, and laser and ion cannons. Also has a turbo laser turret for self-defense. It could be the space counterpart of the much feared AT-ST - a sturdy ships the enemy has to gang up on to defeat.
