Topic: Ship Crosshairs

Okay I've pretty much confirmed this, The Imperial ships have a HUGE advantage with their crosshairs because they can actually see the blue brackets of their target. The Rebel ships have that horribly obstructing bright green crosshair that looks nice and authentic but can't see a thing through it. Is there any way to implement at least some way to set the cockpit crosshair opacity down like the other hud items?

Re: Ship Crosshairs

I actually agree. The crosshairs are great but way too "in your face"... maybe toning them down a bit would be a good idea? Maybe desaturate the color a bit and make them slightly transparant, i am sure that would help alot.

HUGE advantage??? Then why am I so able to take down TIES down without taking a hit?  They aren't that bad guys.  They could only cover up an enemy if they were extremely far away.

Only visibility impaired fighter in my opinion is the Y-wing. Its an awesome craft, but the windows are relatively small. It isnt a bad thing, but maybe if the cockpit was sort of zoomed in a bit. That would allow you to see a bit more of whats in front of you...or above you.

You can switch to nose cam to get out of the cockpit.

The rebel crosshair will be made more transparant

Lol Fuzz, i mean from a visibility stand point of course, don't know if you'd take me down so easily, been averaging about 23/6 with TIE's. I just like idea of flying well with rebel ships too cause right now that average basically flip-flops.
