just wondering about lag though, would it cause alot of lag having a bunch of auto turrets firing at everyone, i would think that would be alot of stuff for video cards and such to handle. i have no clue if it would thats y im asking u guys tongue

I definetly think this idea is possible (tho that dosn't mean much coming from someone like me tongue ). I'm sure you guys have seen the bf2 birds that fly away when you get close. Well they could mess with the code to have a turret actually fireinto that area, with the laser, explosion, an all. The only downside is that that one cannon could only aim at one piont. But then agian thats probally a good thing. This way players would only be in serious danger from the 'auto turrets' if they are in certain places. Leaves some of the rebs left for the ties. There is one super downside no one has yet mentioned tho. This effect would go both ways, firing at rebels and imperials alike. At least as far as I know. Which isn't far.
