The personal shield. I have only played with the bots so far, but it brilliant. I simply deploy it in front of a large group of Rebels, or near a rebel spawn point, just far enough away so I don't cap it. Then I pull out that electric prod thing, when that scum sees me, they come charging at me shooting away. Then they come one at a time into my cocoon and I give em' a good jab with my electric prod thing IT IS SOOO FUNNY!! XD I roar with laughter every time I do it.

(or maybe that's just the dark side.......)

I'm a big fan of the Medic pistols (not the base sidearm, but the rifle alternative).  It is very powerful and very accurate at long range (if you can figure out how to aim with using the sight and no scope).

The basic assault rifles are nice but the E-11's sight needs a center dot IMHO to help aim (or I just need to suck less).

I also quite like the Sniper rifles.  They are far too easy to use since there is no sway or noticeable recoil, but frankly that's believable given the supposed (read: fictional) technology being used.  The maps are such that the ease of using the sniper rifle doesn't make snipers an uber-threat, so I guess that helps compensate for their ease of use.
