combined arms = more action

strictly lore accurate = less action

strictly lore accurate maps is not bad idea, r fun and its necessary to accurate movie maps, but a game become more fun if bring us action action and mooore action.

I'd love to see a Mon Calamari map.  Preferably with little Mon Calamari power boats which you could use to ram into landing Imperial Shuttles, sending them spinning and skimming across the top of the water as their crews are thrown out the open side doors.

Cads, you're getting me all nostagic, dude. Ahh, weren't they the good old days? :_-).  When men were real men, women were real women, and bug-eyed-fish-men were real and bug-eyed-fish-men.

Whats with the hating on endor. its one fo the best maps. i think alot of the space is not used well such as the speeder area at the back, but the basic gameplay is good on it. fun map if you have 2 good teams

I think a great map is one where there are lots of buildings you can explore and open areas that you fear to go into. Eg the teams start at opposite sides of a town, the town being shaped something like a rectangle. At the centre of the town there is a large square with a ring of interconnected buildings around the square. There would be a cp at opposite sides of the ring of buildings. There would be a constant exchange of long range fire coming across the square from the opposite cp buildings while there is house to house fighting inside the ring of buildings. There is no way around the square so you must either bravely traverse the diameter of the square or fight through the ring of buildings. Once you controll the whole square there is street fighting between it and the enemy home cp. I got the idea from the multiplayer map, Sniper's Square in medal of honour european assault.

I should add no vehicles. I like vehicles but on this map they be useless.

Carbon - Rebels have tanks. Several tanks. The T1b hover tank and T3b heavy tank are but two of them.

Please also tell us what you like better - combined arms: air, infantry, tanks or strictly lore accurate maps like the current Endor and TME.

That's the dilemma. I'm frequently irritated by the number of weapons and things that weren't in the movies, but the fact remains the map would not be as fun with only the weapons in the movies.
