problem is, even if they DO squad up, they arent gunna listen and still can go lone wolf, thats the whole issue

You have the almighty power to warn and kick players from your squad. Use it.

Well I think I am that hero tongue I lead squads with more often then not with my shotgun and my charging tactics big_smile I get most of the kills in the server, as for kits in my squad I don't mind as long as we get the job done and I have to say it works over 90% of the time.  If it fails I ask for suggestions but so far people like the way i do things because its fast paced, people like that kind of thing smile

Thats how I run my squads too. Very effective.

i prefer a squad leader that leads the squad rather then backing it up.

I hang with Killer3wok quite often. Last night we were joking about only using pistols as the rounds were a bit "unbalanced". I always squad up. There are a few regulars that play on the Wolfgaming server and even though we are in a squad, we know when it's a good idea to split from the squad to cap and when to stay close to one another. It's been a lot of fun.

I prefer a squad leader that stays behind, making sure he (and thus his mobile spawn), stays alive, while giving orders.

I don't like going SL, but I will if there's no other squads. I try to hang back, but it's hard to resist the urge to rush. smile
