Topic: Using the FS Logo on the wiki

Hello,

I'm looking to make a nice-looking logo for our First Strike Mod Wiki. Would it be okay with the devs here if we based our logo on a FirstStrike design, but with the word "Wiki" attached?

You folks made a beautiful emblem with nicely-done words, like this one seen on the opening game screen:

Let me know if you'd approve of this. I'm just looking to take the basic design and put the word Wiki on it, see if the others wiki-goers would like it for their logo. Let me know if you'd approve... thanks! smile

Well the background is perfect, but I need one more font that wasn't included... the PSD is looking for "ANewHope" font, not available in the Rar...

Though even if it was, ANewHope doesn't really match your look... it was used once in your poster, but not your logo...

Example... top half is the PSD's ANewHope text (who's font isn't available), bottom is a snapshot of the logo's correct font:

So could you provide a font file, preferablly one matching the logo's style? Hope this isn't too much to ask, but I do appreciate the help. Thanks!

I have to say that logo is one of the best I have ever seen, the way the reb symbol just morphs into the imp one gives it a nice look

You had the right font, it's obviously just rasterized and edited to make the logo more unique.
