Topic: More suggestions..

Wow this mod is great. Perhaps the best one for the BF2 engine so far. Here are some more suggestions that I think would be beneficial to the mod.

-The A-Wing should have concussion missiles. I know it's counterpart the TIE Interceptor doesn't have missiles but adding concussion missiles would make it like in Rogue Squadron. Maybe the TIE Interceptor could get a speed boost.
-I said this before but you should be able to travel around in the space ships like in Galactic Conquest.
-There should definitely be escape pods so you can escape from an almost destroyed ship.
-The X-Wings S-foils should come together when boosting, again like in Rogue Squadron.
-This will probably be added but the female rebel on endor should have a female voice.
-Might seem a bit controversial but at least one of the classes for the Rebels should be African American. There were African American Rebels in the movies.
-NPCs, like Ewoks for Endor, Sand People for Tatooine, Wampas for Hoth, etc. etc.
-I don't know if this is possible with the BF2142 engine but certain weapons should be chargeable like the Disrupter Rifle or the Ion Cannon Gun.
-The Speeder Bikes should have the ability to shoot out grenades like in Empire at War.
-Again I don't know if this is possible but the trip mines should have trip lasers coming out of them like in Jedi Outcast/Academy.
-Even though the grenades for the Rebel and Imperial Medic are different, they look the same.
-This will probably be implemented but each class should have an equal number of guns that are all different.
-I know this is stealing from the other topic but the commander deployables could really be taken advantage of. Both sides should definitely have an orbital strike option, which is already present in the vanilla 2142 game. For the Endor Space map the Imperial side should definitely be able to use the Death Star with a really long charge time like the guy side. And on land maps they could also use a probe droid which would basically be the UAV. I don't know what the Rebel version of that would be though.
-The Interdictor Cruiser should replace the Repair ship for the Imperials. The Interdictor Cruiser looks cooler, and is more popular as well. Plus the repair ship doesn't look that threatening,
-This probably isn't possible with the engine (maybe it is) but when Hoth is added with the AT-ATs the snowspeeders should be able to use their tow cables and trip them.
-The houses on the Tatoinne maps should be made a bit larger. You have to crouch to get into them as of now.
-You should be able to travel on the bridges of the star destroyers and command the turbolasers. Also a seperate class should be added for those that want to man the guns for both sides. For the Imperials it could be a warrant officer like this one.

And for the Rebels it could be a Mon Calamari.
-Fighter missiles and torpedoes should have the ability to home.
-Ok last suggestion. I don't know if this is being done but on all maps besides the Tatoinne ones the Imperial Officer should have a model like the one on Endor except gray like in the movies. The Endor one should stay with the black uniform. And on Hoth they could wear the same uniform General Veers does. The Officer for the Rebels should be a Mon Calamari and the Support should definitely be a Wookiee.

-No idea why the A-Wings never got concussion missiles
-It is very unlikely at this stage that cap ships will have walkable interiors on mobile ships, due to engine limitations.
-These have been discussed, but aren't usefull unless there are interiors.
-If you watch the movie the rebels say 'open the S-foils and accelerate to attack speed' ie the ship are flying faster with the sfoils open.
-I'll let Ulph adress voice over concerns
-There is no Africa or america in SW
-NPCs are impossible
-Not possible
-THe speederbike has no use for a grenade launcher, EaW is a horrible game, copying it would be stupid.
-Not possible (Too my knowledge)

-Commander deployables are not map nor team dependant on EVERY map REGUADLESS of team the teams would have the same weapons. ie Orbital bombardments from space, when your already in space, reble bombardments and rebel bombardments being the same colour lasers, ect.
-'Plus the repair ship doesn't look that threatening,' Thats because it is a transport. The inictator will likely be made eventually, but why would we replace the transport with it...
-Tow cables are almost certainly impossible.
-I have never had this issue
-Once again this requires an interior on cap ships see point 2
-Homing missiles should hopefully be in R2
-When did Mon Cal's fight in ground combat? Wookies may be added but we aren't going to add them just because SWBF did. IF interiors are added to ships, mon cals will be aded as a class but not to ground maps. I think other coloured imp officers may have been made.

I agree with it all, exept for the NPC's. NPC = LAG (and possible legal problems)
