That was rendered out of Sony Vegas into .wmv(V9) 1280x720p then converted to Divx. There is about a 20% drop in quality using this method, but it still looks good and really helps for file size and streaming.

I find SP filming to be OK, but finding a powerful demo server and motivated players would always be my first choice. But alas, those are absent as far as I can tell. This film was shot in Dnamro's SP MOD.
