It is not what I eat who is important but what I drink! The custom in my region and to make a "Norman hole", it is a break in the middle of the meal (festive meal), or we drink some calvados (it is for the digestion ).
Stuffing--cooked inside the turkey with sausage(not too much) and finely diced onions, spices, etc. Sweet potatoes cut in the shape of cutlets with a carmalized glaze--grandmother makes the best.
