Re: Space Classes

Whats with limiting classes to seats? Thats a little...uh...how should i put this? Stupid.
If you're limited to passenger seats, what if nobody lets you on, or takes you where you want to go?
Since the main comparison to this is BF then ill just say this: Did they ever limit Marines to transport seats? Nope.

Curses, foiled again!

Isn't that obvious? You get a pilot kit. This is a teamwork game, right? So help the team out by getting a pilot kit and taking the marines to battle.

Re: Space Classes

I think TY2D2's kits are pretty much a good set.

Don't know if it's possible, but I'd make it so only squad leaders' ammo packs could replenish grenades. That way, there'd be less 'nade spamming.

Today's spelling/grammar tip: There = a (sometimes conceptual) place. "There is my car." or "There is such a thing as magic."  // Their = posessive. "Their meat is full of worms." // They're = contraction of <they are>. "They're crazy!" // "They're trying to put their shoes up there."

You are so narrow minded...

You know whats stupid? A marine flying a StarFighter. You know whats even stupider? A Marine dogfighting with a starfighter, getting damaged, then figuring he can just board the other ship with his STARFIGHTER.

If nobody is flying the transports then your team fails, and you should get a pilot kit yourself, if you feel like being a jackass and waiting for someone else to cater to your needs, you also fail.

Again, this is FIRST STRIKE, this is not BF1942, BF2, BFV, BF2142, Battlefront or Galactic Conquest. The sooner you realize this the sooner you stop looking lame.

Re: Space Classes

I liked how the pilot class in FH had one job and one job only; flying.

Agree with TY.

Re: Space Classes

Hmm would it be possible to gain points for the pilots (as incentive) for every person they ferry to the location needed? This is something they should have done from the get go in BF2 and BF2142 so that you had some recognition of your effort to the game.

Re: Space Classes

Points would probably help even if they are superficial

there should be a vote thing after you get off a transport that says something like "How my driving" and the pilot would get points for ever satisfied passenger lol.
