That's a bug with in the PHPNuke voting module. Most polls using PHPNuke aren't accurate at all.

Well most ppl would be able to vote once only but if you delete your cookies then you can cheat, but who wants to block IPs ? Id rather you do the right thing and vote once.

I'm not sure if the only way to do it is by deleting cookies. I am often able to vote again after a few days time, or, as Dragunov said, after I close my browser. But if there's nothing that you can do about it, then we just need to hope that people keep it honest and only vote once.

Well I never deleted my cookies, the poll for the map refreshed every day, so I voted once a day for a few days straight. You can ban me now.
