And fighters, but with the bf engine it could be called lagfield 2142 or lag strike. Not to mention the lasers with there speed and existing hit registering problems.

Re: Golan II

There's no need for it at the moment. The maps we have no can fit in like 6 ISDs already... And that would be horizontally, there's virtually unlimited space up and down.

Re: Golan II

Golan defense platforms is a brilliant idea. I wouldnt mind myself commanding a fleet of Corellian Courvettes and Nebulon B-2 Frigates up against a Golan 2. I like RSF Angel's idea of having it similar to a titan, except immovable. Perhaps somehow even a hangar bay could be made to where you could land your X-Wing and fight in the Golan 2.

And RSF Angel, you've outdone yourself with the communications idea on the Golan. Pure genius! I think that should be implemented into every capital ship. big_smile

I've got an even better idea, about the lag caused by a moving ISD...

Taking a page out of futurama's book- why don't we move the MAP around it.

Re: Golan II

How can you move everything, when its everything and there is nothing where its moving. And then it should be integrated to ships controls. Most likely impossible.

Re: Golan II

I had that idea before, apparently the engine doesnt allow for it.
