Well, a stationary emplacement that shoots a proton grenade over an arc isnt that hard to do, Maybe hard to TARGET

take BF2142's railgun, add an arc, and make it stand like, 10 Meters high so it has a overview of the battlefield, and it can effectively bombard the map (with a medium-long cooldown on the weapon, to avoid spammage, maybe 8-12 seconds)
