They really buggered up the awesome potential of space combat in SWBF2.  Special moves, ugly-as-shit models and texture jobs, weird proportions, and the worst of all, lock-on-missilefest with special moves included!  Please, someone give me a screwdriver to jam into my ear.

What's wrong with LOCK-ON missiles?  That technology is realistic.  A civilization capable of interstellar space travel would have ships that have lock-on missiles.  Not having lock-on missiles doesn't make sense because even here in the early 21st century we have had lock-on missiles for about 40 years.

I prefer more X-Wing style combat for multiplayer space games.  SWBF2 was just arcade shite.
