Topic: I really wanna join

Hi,

i'm going to study game development in 2 years.
I love star wars, I love battlefield, and I love first strike
i have a little coding and modeling experience but it's basics only.
it would be really great to gain experience in any aspect of game development by doing some things for FS. It would really be an honor to get in the team. trow any task at me and i will give it all i got. i need to learn a lot and with google and u guys at my side i'm sure i am able to create something. and if i'm not allowed in development, i'd really like to be a tester, just to be able to do Something for the mod.

May I ask what school you plan to apply to?
And what part of game development are you interested in? be it modeling,texture,animation,rigging, or programing.
These questions are more directed to what you want to do later in life than this mod though. I've been in art school for two years now studying game art and design. And if you want to be in the industry it's best to go to a school in the LA area as that's where the industry is. The teachers are all industry veterans or currently work in the industry. Great networking and all the major companies are there. Unless you're one of those people that want to work for Japan or something.

i'm from belgium so i'm gonna search for a company here or in netherlands
and i do not know yet what part of the development i want to do
i just want to be able to create something in a game and fs is the perfect way to learn all that stuff
and to help me making a choice in what i want to do later in life

Do you have any experience with coding, modelling, or texturing? Any examples of past work that you could show us?  If you'd like to join our testing team, I'd recommend joining us on IRC as a first step.  We need to know that you're reliable and dedicated to the mod, and we'd also like to get to know you.  Hope to see you on soon.

i made a gun with blender one day, it didn't have any textures but i was going to create a fps game with it. but i didn't do anything else but the model
