Hi gang.

Silly question about this map.  So, from what I have read we need to destroy the towers.  Is that #1, then go for the trench run?  Or just towers?

Just wondering because I remember the first release for 1942 way back when there was a nice little portal at the end of the trench that was the main target.

Once you destroy the towers you have to go for the exhaust port.

Thanks Imperial.  Wouldn't ya know it, played the map last night as the Imps and the Rebs ended up destroying the death star.  Heck of a fun map, but I gotta stop running into friendlies.  Sorry to those I managed to TK while flying/shooting around like a madman.  Not intentional.

actually, as RSF said, there's between 1 and 32 people shooting at those towers... which is really hard if it's a map with only 6 people on your team...

Nice point, but thats a bad server set-up.

Good server setup:
Smaller Map in MapRotation, vote for the bigger / smaller if needed (or switched by admin to next map.)

Imo, there shouldnt be any hit detectors in FS. Its one of the reasons space phails. Other ones are space lag and noobs.
