Topic: game crashes -> memory failure msg ...

System:
Vista 64
PC:
Core 2 Duo 6600
4Gig DDR2 RAM - 800Mhz
2x 8800 GTX SLI
EVGA 680i MB

BF2142 V1.5
FS 1.25

getting nearly every map memory crash error ... but dont get it in vanilla BF2142 (till now). Also BF2 workin normal.

can it be X-Fire?

any ideas?

maybe memory ddr2; test one stick at a time, see if problem still happen's ...Or it maybe this crappy 1.5 patch..;)

memory deffo not the prob as 1.) everything else works fine
2.) memory test didnt bring any error

... i guess 1.5 is to blame ... but we will see. prolly Vista as i had to get rid of SP1 again since it only brought more bugs then it solved ... lol and made some drivers crash (z-engine for the zboard at example!).
