Topic: Help me out

So as some of you may know my laptop has been fecked up for a while now. Under warranty I can and am going to have it replaced. Can sombody give me a good review of the following laptops in clear simple language in terms of its gaming ability. I can choose one of the following.

Just wanna know which is best realy. I play COD4, Medieval total war, half life 2 and its various mods CSS etc. Lord of the Rings Online. And of course Battlefield series and First Strike.

I've never had a problem with HP. Although I've never bought one of their computers, I have a lot of other HP products, and they're all great.

ACER is supposed to be a really good inexpensive brand. I know a few people who have one, and they rave about it. I'm considering getting one as soon as finances allow it. smile

Toshiba is a good brand as well, although from what I've seen of them, they are prone to overheating resulting in shutdown. Plus, their WINDOWS disk is usually crammed with all the junk you don't want on your PC, like free trial software. So when you go to re-install WINDOWS, you have to go through and delete all that stuff again.

Haven't heard too much about the SONY laptops, so I won't get into those.

dont know alot about laptops but i believe that the ACER one is the best of the bunch

The Acer with its 3650 graphics is the best of the bunch for gaming.

the Acer - no doubt, looks best to me

Toshibas might run into heat problems eventually (i also read that)

And my personal experience: no Sony - Sony Notebooks bad!
At least the one i bought 5 years ago.... Never again!
