Topic: PB IMPORTANT:RESTRICTION Corrupted File/ Memory [120148]

Guys i need help.

i keep getting PB kicks.
i played First Strike starting last week just fine.....but then i started getting a PB error message.....the error message would pop and about 5 seconds later...im gone from server.



***ERROR Message is "PB IMPORTANT:RESTRICTION Corrupted File/ Memory [120148]"

***(Pic included below).

i uninstalled PB
i unstalled First Strike
i unistalled BF2142

i re-installed all.....same result

i have no idea what is different between now and last week.
last week i could play on any server for hours with no PB kicks...now i cannot play even 5 minutes before PB boots me.


i have same PC.
i have same Anit-virus/Firewalls,etc.

as far as i can tell....nothing changed.

**anyone know how to track done what has changed/happened?

i really want to play this great mod!

Apparently, this has something to do with XFire/Fraps.  Make sure these programs are not running or are up-to-date.

No problem, apparently there are some new hacks around, so the latest PB version has amped up its security and this is the result.  Let us know how you make out.

ok..i turned off background stuff...FRAPS appeared to be problem....i used it last week with no problems. but this week PB doesnt like FRAPS.

I was having this problem too, didn't think it was Fraps that was causing it, thought it just went away on its own XD

You can try to see if you have print screen, across from scroll lock. But then you have to paste it in something like paint.
