Just update to the latest version of Fraps and you should be okay with Punkbuster, and be cool to take screenshots with it again, I had this problem too earlier in the week and the updated Fraps seems to no longer throw up that error.

BF2142 takes screenshots on its own, too, you don't need a program like fraps.  If you press prtscrn button it auto saves a jpg and a png to my documents/battlefield 2142/screenshots/
