The rules listed below are a guideline to both players and server admins and are designed to ensure even and enjoyable gameplay for all. At all times we expect players to act in a reasonable and responsible way, showing respect and consideration for others. Should an occasion arise where action is required as a result of an event not covered below, it will be down to the discretion of the duty admin to take whatever steps are necessary to alleviate the situation. Please note that these rules are subject to change at any time without advance notice. It is the players responsibility to ensure they abide by the rules.

A warning will be given for any of the following offences:

1) Personal insults and bad language
2) Flooding the chat screen
3) Sabotaging team assets
4) Stealing team assets while under repair
5) Hampering team (while attempting repair, attacking or defending)
6) Shouting (repeatedly talking in caps)
7) Roofing an outpost building on Endor Strike Team or Rhenvar research, or the buildings around the Slave Quarters CP on Mos Espa. This is applicable to both defending and attacking teams.
8) Attacking an Uncappable CP. (Uncap CP’s can be identified by the red hue surrounding the map icon.)
9) Stealing enemy assets from uncappable CP’s.
10) Spawn camping an uncap, or a cp when not in the flags capture radius.
11) A warning may also be given for any act which affects gameplay for other players on the server and results in multiple complaints to an admin. This does not apply to complaining about the use of a particular weapon, like a mortar.

Kicks will apply in the following circumstances:

1) Ignoring a warning by repeating an offence.
2) Racism, bullying or any other form of personal harassment directed towards another player.
3) Capturing a CP by Roofing
4) Repeated Spawn Camping of any cp or uncap

Bans may be given for the following offences:

1) Cheating
2) Receiving 3 kicks in a 24 hour period
3) Continued rule breaking despite multiple warnings and kicks.
4) Repeated displays of racism or other forms of harassment.

A player will be given a minimum of three warnings before receiving a kick, except in the case of racism/harassment where swifter action may be required to prevent repetition.
