Usually the new 'Season' of I-CWs start the week after the previous one ended, Seasons were separated due to the "Points" system that were setup during the games.  New season meant a wipe of points, and starting afresh, but those seasons also run for 3 months.  As it is now, it's quite hard to organise a points system that works the way we want it to for FS, and we don't have enough maps for 3 months at a time.  Bi may still host some games (Zombie mode anyone?) on I-CW times, but actual I-CW's will be postponed 'till after the New Year at least.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

Let me know what kind of points system your after and I can help out. Obviously simple answer is using a tracking site, but thats not really convenient since everyone would have to sign up. On the other hand, from experience, if any points tracking system is controlled by the 'group' hosting the event it can lead to arguments if some players accuse you of fudging the figures. Even in small communities this can happen, even if we'd like to think it won't happen here.
