And that map doesn't suit the lambda too well: it's full of statics to land on and cause lag, and a lot of the landing zones are too small to land in for anyone who isn't a veteran with the thing, especially if they want to land without being reduced to 10hp by any defenders.  Bando would suit a "light" transport in the fashion of the 2142 Transport, it would work much better than the lambda.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

Seems like the Star Wars counterpart to the BF 2142 Air Transports. Used by Rebels.

Look, there are hardly any Lamda-sized Rebel vehicles. We might as well take something soon, or else in First Strike the Rebels will have more Lamdas than the Imperials.

Er, that's not an air transport, it's a hovering APC, like the Freerunner.

That building in the background in that one screenie looks damned nice, though, would be great to have it in FS (unless it's a Tat building, in which case no tongue ).

Its an 'air traffic control' kind of place in tatooine yeah.
that doesnt mean you couldn't skin it differently and put it elsewhere tho.

I'm just saying that we could take that Hover Transport, say the Rebs made some modifications on it (they did that with most of their vehicles) and now it is an atmospheric air transport. Make some changes on it showing that it can fly. I don't think it's improbable because they have made ships and vehicles using scrap parts from other vehicles.

Nice thing you made there, Angel. Seems to fit the description. But I think the lower blaster cannons should be mounted on both sides, like the BF 2142 Air Transports (you have said that before, I believe). But since this is Imperial, how about making something similar, but with enough changes to make it seem like it belongs to Rebels. Hope I don't sound too critical, I appreciate what you did.

I like the concept thing in the screenshots, but I think you've (probably subconsciously) made it way too similar to the Stormtrooper Transport.
