The models did look a tiny bit cartoonish in that one shot, but yes, it's looking great. It also looks like it has an actual close combat system where you can actually deflect blows and whatnot.
I remember the Siege mod for BF1942. It had siege towers, horses, catapults (posibly - can't remember), a decent number of weapons, and supposedly even a shield that you could actually block blows with. Pity it was dead by the time I discovered it.
