Topic: Shadows of battlefront

Recently I saw Rhen Var harbour on the testing server. If memory serves this was a map in battlefront 1, and I would call it the best in that game. Is this map going to be similar to or very different from the battlefront version? I would like it to be fairly similar as that was a good map, it had a real defend the fort feel for the rebels. Also did the idea come from battlefront or is this just a coincedence?

The Rhen Var: Temple 2.0 mod map by Dann Boeing for Battlefront 2 is an awesome map.  I hope they recreate that mod map for First Strike.  It would be a amazing addition to First Strike.

The idea was mine for the most part and im a SW noob. The concept was mine but we borrowed a little from lore.

Actually to alleviate blitz from some of the blame the map locale choice is was mine.  I suggested we do a big ground map and just randomly scouted rhenvar harbour as the location due to it being snowy.  It wasn't until we'd nearly finished the map did anyone realise that SWBF made a map also.

I'm not sure either of us have ever played the SWBF version.  Pics would be good big_smile
