Topic: Server Number/Planned Games?

Hi all,

I'm new to FS, had been watching it for a year or two actively then I kinda fell out of it. Just noticed yesterday that it was out tongue. Anyway I downloaded it and all and noticed the current servers are like, completely empty! Are there any times where people typically play more or are they always empty? Also, are there and planned times for people to play, such as devs and testers and such, I know there was the whole community gaming thing but I was just wondering if something like that still exists somewhere.

Thanks, and fantastic work on the mod, from my own perusing of the maps it is great!

FS is currently short on players, but they tend to come if you stick around and have patience. There are also community games on Fridays and Saturdays.

Don't worry, people will come back when 1.2 is shipped!

Oh I'll stick with it now that I know it's around, and I'll definently try to make it to community games smile what time do people usually show up for those?

I recommend you to go on the servers on weekends, more people
tend to go on.

We also just put in a server update.  BF-News.de and RogueTribe servers are now recording and reporting FS stats back to our home server.   We also are testing out some prototype anti-server-crashing code on them and some fixes to the Endor gamemode to get rid of the end-of-round bug and flag capping situation.  So we definately encourage everyone to get in the community games and try it out this weekend smile

You can have fun games with even 3 players, I just had. And it was a 32 player map too. But try to come playing at 16:00 GMT, because then americans get home from school. Im not sure tho.
